MN_GOP_Srs.jpgWe are looking forward to being together again and have some very exciting speakers for our Tuesday, February 9 meeting.

First we will hear from Attorney Nathan Hansen, who is defending Havens Garden Restaurant owner Larvita McFarquhar against the State of Minnesota. Larvita kept her business in Lynd, Minnesota, open in defiance of Gov. Walz' shutdown orders. On FOX News she said, "It's about the Constitution and teaching my daughters...that America is great...If we don’t protect America, it’s going to be taken away from us." She has been fined more than $9,000.

Next, Kevin Roche, former general counsel of United Health and author of the healthy-skeptic.com blog about the health care industry, will give us an assessment of the country's management of the pandemic, including a critique of Gov. Walz' mandates. Then, Jake Duesenberg of Action for Liberty will speak about the politics of the response to the pandemic and Gov Walz' "largest assault on liberty and small business in modern history."

Time: 9:30 a.m. sign in and casual conversation, 10:00 a.m. convene
Cost: $5/member, $10/non-member (cash only)

NOTE: By executive order, masks must be worn at all times.
No food or beverages can be served and no food or bottled water of any kind can be brought in.

We are now collecting 2021 dues, which remain $20 for individuals and $30 for couples, good for all of 2021. Members pay $5 to attend a meeting and non-members pay $10. The basic fee per meeting includes a selection of beverages and snacks and helps us defray the cost of the room. We accept checks and cash only; we don't take credit cards. You may pay your 2021 dues when you arrive or send a check made payable to “Republican Seniors of MN” to Terry Flower, Treasurer, 12880 Lock Boulevard, Hastings, MN 55033.

Republican Seniors have a lot to talk about. Please join us on February 9!
