Randy SutterThe monthly social networking and happy hour event for Republicans called Pints & Politics is on tap for mid-August.
The Southwest Metropolitan Pints & Politics will again be held on the second Monday, August 12, at Poor Richard’s Commonhouse, 8301 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington.
With the primary the next day (August 13), we hope that Ryan Kulka, candidate for Bloomington mayor, will stop in. Susan Woodruff, candidate for Bloomington City Council is not facing a primary but will hopefully be available to talk about her campaign. And Jay Adams, the Regional Field Director for the Trump Victory Campaign in Congressional Districts 3, 4, and 5, will be invited to join us again.
We promise you, no speeches. Rather, you will have a great opportunity to talk about plans, issues, and opportunities to get involved.
We hold Pints & Politics on the second Monday of every month. You can look forward to meeting a lot of great people. This is the place to greet old friends and meet new ones.
Come as early as 5 pm to enjoy happy hour prices. Or drop in up to 7:30 pm, as many of us will still be there. Have a beer and talk one-on-one with state party officers, local party leaders, and a number of genuinely good people.
Scroll down to register in advance. You can now register early for $7 on-line to help defray the cost of a selection of appetizers. Or pay $10 at the door (cash or check). Credit cards cannot be accepted at the door.
Bring a friend!
