Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota and pursuant to the 2018 Call for Republican Party Basic Political Organizational Unit (BPOU) conventions issued by the Republican State Executive Committee, the Senate District 49 Convention is hereby called to meet:

Registration opens at 9 am and closes at 10:30 am

Convention convenes at 10:00 am

The Senate District 49 Convention shall be composed of the delegates and alternates elected at the precinct caucuses in February of 2018 currently living within the boundaries of House Districts 49A and 49B.

The Senate District Convention shall be held for the purpose of:

1. Consideration of endorsement of candidates for MN House District 49A and House District 49B
2. Election of Delegates, First Alternates, and Second Alternates to the Third Congressional District Convention and the Fifth Congressional District Convention
3. Election of Delegates, First Alternates, and Second Alternates to the Republican Party of Minnesota State Convention
4. Adoption of Resolutions Passed by the 2018 SD49 Precinct Caucuses
5. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention

You are requested to bring your cell phone for use in electronic voting.  Please ensure it is fully charged.

Please RSVP below so that we can know the number of people coming.  Place the number in each box below to reflect the registration fee that applies and the box lunches you wish to purchase.

The advance ticket price for this event is $28 / person if the ticket is purchased on or before March 14, 2018.

The late ticket price is $35 / person after March 14, 2018.

Advance ticket pricing for guests and observers is $8.  Guest and observer tickets will be $10 at the door.

A box lunch will be available for $5 if purchased when registering online.  Box lunches will not be available for purchase the day of the convention.
